Terms of Service

1. When asking for a commission, please be as descriptive as possible. That includes the following:
- Visual references (preferably colored)
- A description of your character's personality
- The tier you want your character in (bust, knee-up, etc.)
- The expression/pose/mood you want your character to convey
- Any specific style/alteration (canvas dimension, resolution, black and white, lineart only, multiple characters, etc.)
If you have no preference for some of these, I'll choose based on the other information you give me.

2. Additional characters cost an extra fee of half the base price.

3. By default, my art is set at a resolution of 300 DPI in RGB. The dimensions change depending on the piece. If you want a specific dimension, resolution, or color mode, please let me know. By commissioning me, you receive one full-size .png file, but if you need it in a different file type, I can do that as long as it's convertible in Clip Studio Paint.

4. At the moment, I don't do custom printed merchandise like stickers or prints. However, since I do my commissions at printing resolution, you are more than welcome to print your commissioned art onto things, as long as it's for personal use only. I don't do commercial work at the moment.

5. The commissioning process is as follows:
- We settle the details through conversation.
- I sketch the commission, then send it to you for approval.
- I finish the lineart, then send it to you for approval.
- I send you the commission for final approval.
- I send you the full-size file through email.
Alternations are allowed at each stage, allowing for a total of three alterations through the entire process.

6. Payment is either all upfront OR half upfront, with the other half after the lineart is approved. Please note that I won't issue refunds, unless there's an emergency on my part.

7. I only accept payment through PayPal or Cash App. USD only. Also, unless you know me personally, please do not call me by my given name. Please just call me Cullu.

8. You are free to post your commissioned art on social media! And although you don't need to credit me, it's highly appreciated. I'll post the finished product on my own social media and portfolio.
